Black pipes

Black Pipes are steel pipes with lacquered outer diameter that have not been galvanized and are better than bare bodied pipes. The term Black Pipes derives from the fact that these pipes are made out of dark coloured iron oxide. We specialize in the manufacture and supply of ERW Black Pipes as well as MS Black Pipes.

  • ERW BLACK PIPES:   ERW stands for Electric Resistance Welded Pipe. These pipes are manufactured by cold forming sheets of steel, which are then rolled into cylindrical shapes. Electricity is passed across the two edges of steel until the edges are forced together to form a bond without the use of welding filler materials.

  • MS BLACK PIPES:    Mild Steel Black Pipes or MS Black Pipes refers to the content of less than 0.25% carbon steel and are used in structural works and fabrication works. Mild steel is usually extracted while molten and then moulded into required shape. One of the many benefits of using the MS Black Pipes is that they are made from one the most affordable kinds of steel and are easy to work with.
